Real reviews from real Compass pool owners

Vogue 9.4 in Pearl, installed on a level Port Macquarie block. Beautiful pool, beautiful finish, beautiful people to deal with. Would recommend Mark Pollard Pools to anyone in the region.

We booked a time to see the display pool expecting the usual sales pitch — got the opposite. Mark walked us through the shapes, said which one he thought suited our block and why, and gave us three options. No pressure. When we called back weeks later he still remembered us. That's why we chose them.

Second Compass pool in our family — my brother had one in Newcastle. Ours arrived on the truck, was in the ground the next day, and swimming by the weekend. Bi-Luminite Vercoe looks incredible against the natural stone.

Our Contemporary 10.0 with the water wall feature has completely transformed the back of the house. What we appreciated most was that Mark and Kirsty handled the whole project — no coordinating between six different trades. Just one team, one number to call.

Tight-access block, tight budget, tight timeline. Mark made all three work. The 4.8m Plunge fits perfectly in the courtyard and looks like it was always meant to be there. Excellent tradesmen throughout.

We chose the Sanctuary 7.0 for our young family and the Vantage self-cleaning is worth every cent — I honestly do not remember the last time I skimmed the surface. Mark was straight up about pricing and timeline from day one.

Compass pool, Compass warranty, Compass everything — and Mark installed it in less than a week. Three years on it still looks brand new. The Bi-Luminite Sapphire is exactly the deep blue we wanted.

Mark and the team looked after us from the first quote right through to the last landscaping detail. We were nervous about the sloping block, but the finished X-Trainer with the infinity edge is honestly the best decision we made building here. The whole family lives around it now.
