Express Pools
Freestanding fibreglass pools — fast to install
Compass Express pools are perfect for smaller backyards or sites with difficult access. With minimal site works required these freestanding fibreglass pools offer a great-looking above-ground (or partially in-ground, up to 600mm) solution for anyone wanting a cost-effective, yet great-looking pool. Five sub-ranges — Relax, Plunge, Lap, Refresh and Spa — with nine models between them.
Available configurations
* External cladded dimensions include the decking and cladding frame.
What defines it
Freestanding fibreglass
Full-fibreglass structure — no steel frame or timber, so no rust and no rot. Stronger and lighter than container-style pools.
Pre-fabricated
Arrives pre-plumbed — fill it up, connect to power, start swimming.
Minimal site works
Sits atop a 110mm reinforced concrete slab. No deep excavation, no complex engineering plans.
Partially in-ground option
Can be installed up to 600mm below ground level if the site suits.
Clad it your way
Ships "nude" — attach cladding or decking directly to the pool frame. Bolt decking bearers straight to the support structure.

Express Pools — common questions
What are Express Pools?
The Express range is Compass's faster, more cost-effective build path — shells with pre-fitted cladding designed to install in tighter timeframes than the flagship range. Five sub-ranges: Relax (family), Plunge, Lap, Refresh (courtyard), and Spa.
Are Express Pools lower quality than the flagship range?
No — every Express shell is built with the same Ceramic Core construction, HydroPro hydrostatic protection and triple warranty as any other Compass pool. The differences are in shape range, install method (cladded rather than paved surrounds), and speed of build.
What's the difference between internal and external dimensions?
Internal is the swim area — the dimensions you experience as a swimmer. External is the pool including its cladded surround, which is what determines how much yard footprint the pool takes. Both numbers are shown on the sizes table so you can plan the site.
How quickly can Express Pools be installed?
The cladded surround comes with the shell, which cuts a significant chunk out of the site-work timeline. Most Express installs are complete in 1 to 2 weeks including surrounds — faster than paving a flagship-range install with matching finishes.
Can I have Bi-Luminite colours on Express Pools?
Yes — the full Bi-Luminite and Vivid colour ranges are available across Express. The shell finish is identical to the flagship range. Only the surround-cladding options are pre-set to keep the fast install path.
Are Express Pools cheaper than the flagship range?
Usually yes, particularly once you factor in the reduced site-work cost of the pre-cladded design. A comparable-size Express install typically comes in noticeably below a flagship install with equivalent surrounds. Exact figures depend on site.
